1. Eligibility Period

You have a window of 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for your items.

2. Condition of Merchandise

To qualify for a reimbursement, products must be:

• Unused, unworn, and in their original, flawless condition.
• Complete with all authentic tags, accessories, and documentation.
• Placed, whenever possible, in the original packaging to ensure protection during the return journey.

3. Shipping Protocol

Every return must be dispatched using a traceable postal service. Providing a tracking number ensures that the status of the return can be monitored by both the customer and our support team.

4. Shipping Costs & Liabilities

• Customer Preference (Change of mind, incorrect size, etc.): If you choose to return an item for personal reasons, the shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer. Lam Shoes does not provide pre-paid labels for elective returns. You may use the carrier of your choice (such as Canada Post, FedEx, or Purolator) to send the item back to us.
• Defective, Damaged, or Erroneous Items: If the product is faulty, damaged by the carrier, or if we shipped the wrong item, the return is completely free ($0.00). In these instances, we will email you a digital pre-paid shipping label to print and use at no cost to you.

5. Service Fees

• Restocking Fees: We do not believe in hidden charges; therefore, we do not apply any restocking fees on returned products.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Request Approval: Send an email to contact@thelamshoes.com with your order ID and the reason for the return. Our team will issue a return authorization along with specific instructions.
2. Safe Packaging: Securely pack the item, ensuring all original components, tags, and documents are included.
3. Dispatch: Follow the directions provided in our authorization email to send the package back to our facility.

Inspection & Reimbursement Process

• Verification: Upon arrival at our warehouse, your return will undergo a quality inspection. This assessment is typically finalized within 1 business day.
• Approval: Once verified, your refund will be authorized immediately.
• Credit Issuance: Funds are sent back to the original payment method. While we process this instantly, please allow up to 7 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement.
• Full Reimbursement: We refund the total purchase price.

Exchange Policy

We are happy to facilitate size or model swaps:

• Please reach out to our customer service first for specific exchange coordination.
• No exchange fees are applied.
• While the customer covers the return shipping to us, Lam Shoes will cover the shipping cost of the new replacement product sent to you.

Order Cancellations

We allow a 24-hour window for cancellations. Please notify us immediately if you wish to revoke your order. After 24 hours, the order is likely already in fulfillment and cannot be canceled.
