  • Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (EST - Eastern Standard Time). Orders received after this time will begin processing on the following business day.

  • Order Handling Time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Transit Duration: 7 to 8 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Total Estimated Delivery: Most customers receive their footwear within 8 to 10 business days from the date of purchase.

3. Our Logistics Partners

To guarantee that your package arrives safely and efficiently, we collaborate with leading national carriers, including Canada Post, Purolator, FedEx, and UPS. The specific carrier is selected based on the package dimensions and your specific delivery location.

4. Shipping Costs & Taxes

  • Shipping Fees: We provide Free Shipping on every order, with no minimum purchase required.

  • Taxes: All applicable taxes (GST, HST, and/or PST/QST) are calculated based on your province of residence. These will be clearly displayed during the final stage of checkout, ensuring the price you see is the final price you pay.

5. Managing Delivery Concerns

We will coordinate with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. Note: Any claims for missing shipments must be filed within 7 days of the projected delivery date.
