1. When can I expect my shoes to arrive?

Our delivery schedule for Canadian customers is as follows:

  • Order Cutoff: 5:00 PM (EST). Orders submitted after this time will be processed starting the next business day.

  • Handling & Fulfillment: 1 to 2 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Shipping Transit: 7 to 8 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Total Estimated Arrival: Most orders reach their destination within 8 to 10 business days.

2. Is shipping really free?

Yes. We are pleased to provide Free Standard Shipping on every order within Canada, with no minimum purchase required. The price displayed at the final checkout stage includes all applicable provincial taxes.

3. Can I modify or cancel my order?

We offer a 24-hour grace period for cancellations. If you change your mind, please reach out to our support team immediately within this timeframe to ensure we can stop the fulfillment process.

4. What are the conditions for a return?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible, footwear must be:

  • Unused and in its original, pristine condition.

  • Accompanied by all authentic tags, internal packaging, and documentation.

5. Who covers the return shipping costs?

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If we made a mistake or the product is faulty, the cost is $0.00. We will provide a digital pre-paid shipping label via email.

  • Change of Mind or Size Preference: In these cases, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for a trackable return shipping method. We do not offer pre-paid labels for elective returns.

6. Are there any hidden restocking fees?

No. We do not believe in hidden charges, so no restocking fees are applied to any returned merchandise.

7. How long does the refund process take?

Once your return reaches our facility and undergoes a quality inspection (usually within 1 business day), we will authorize the refund. The funds typically reflect on your original payment method within 7 business days, depending on your bank's processing speed.

8. How do I monitor my shipment?

Staying updated is easy. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a unique tracking number. You can follow your package's progress directly on our "Track Order" page.

9. Do you ship outside of Canada?

Currently, we ship exclusively within Canada to maintain the highest service standards and reliable delivery timelines for our local customers.
